My primary goal for this blog is to help tech leads and senior core team members decide whether choosing a leadership / management path is right for them. And, if so, to give them advice on how to be better leaders, both tactically (i.e. how to do the specific tasks they will need to be great at) and strategically (i.e. how to be a leader of people). This blog contains posts about specific tasks and responsibilities a leader needs to be good at. I recommend browsing the Leadership and Project Management Skills categories to find posts about tasks you need to understand better
